Cancellation Policy:

At Free Bird Counseling, I value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To help me maintain my schedule and accommodate all patients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to offer the time slot to other patients in need of my services.

Cancellation or No-Show Fee: If you fail to provide the required 48 hours' notice or do not attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to your account.

I understand life happens!....so in the event that we are able to reschedule your session to another day in the same week, the cancellation fee will not be applied.
